•Includes two floors, full kitchen, bar with hookups, tables and chairs. 

•Accommodates up to 500 people 

•Cost of rental for 2024 dates is $1200 

•Cost of rental for 2025 will be $1500 

•Additional Deposit $300 to book your date

•If building is cleaned after the event, deposit is returned 

•Keys may be picked up on the Tuesday night prior to the event from the Trap Clubhouse (little building) on the grounds 

•Keys must be returned Monday night after the event

   Mondays:  5:00 pm - 7:00 pm   

   Tuesdays:  5:00 pm - 9:00 pm  

   Thursdays:  9:00 am - 1:00 pm
